Join me at Westhorpe Watersports beautiful lake for Paddleboard Yoga - a unique blend of balance, breath and flow. We begin with a floating meditation followed by gentle yoga flows to strengthen and stretch your body, finishing with a floating savasana to deepen feelings of peace and wellbeing. Please note this class is open to over 18s only. All participants must be able to swim at least 25m. No previous Paddling, Yoga or SUP Yoga experience is necessary, just bring your sense of adventure.
